Qigong involves a series of slow-flowing movements and deep measured breathing. Join us for a beginner-friendly workshop hosted by Gail Morales of Blissful Light.

Teen: 3 pm - 4:30 pm

Adult: 6 pm - 7:30 pm

Use the Cricut, T-shirt press, button maker, or other tools for crafting. Limit of 2-3 items per person. 

Bring your favorite craft and watch a classic movie!

The lights will remain ON as we nibble a light snack and watch a favorite film. 

Join us to do the writing of your choice in a supportive environment. Fun creative writing prompts and supplies will be available. At the end of our meeting, we'll have an optional time of sharing our progress.
