Pathlights 101 and Pizza

In South & Southwest Suburban Cook County, Pathlights is the “go-to” non-profit community resource for people needing assistance along the path to aging.

Pathlights 101 introduces the comprehensive and coordinated services helping older adults age in place as independently as possible. We also offer a robust caregiver support program and resources for adults over age 55 raising relatives. Come find out how you and your loved ones can benefit from our services.
